    According to art. 13 para. 1 and 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred as GDPR (Polish equivalent RODO), the Organizer informs the Customer that: a) The administrator of the client's personal data and participant's data is Wojciech Kudłacz FLY FISHING IN POLAND, ul. Kąty 1, 34-450 Kroscienko, phone number +48 604 714 493 , e-mail office@flyfishinginpoland.com b) The Administrator processes the Customer's personal data to reply his questions, through contact form, and after signing fishing trip contract participant's data only to the extent that is essential for the performance of the service being the subject of this Agreement, in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 letter b RODO. c) During the time necessary to provide the service, during the event and in order to resolve possible complaints, the Administrator may process personal data of the client and the participant's data other than necessary for the service, including information about the state of health, only with the consent of the client, in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 letter a and art. 9 par. 2 letter a of RODO, to protect the lives and health of participants. d) The administrator entrusts Customer's data and, to a limited extent, data of participants: IT companies to take care of the Administrator's IT system and to run the Administrator's website, the owner of accommodation facilities where the event takes place to identify participants, the insurance company in order to conclude participants insurance contract, a transport company to identify participants. e) Personal data will not be shared or entrusted in any way to entities other than those indicated above, with the exception of public bodies that may receive personal data as a part of a specific procedure provided for by EU law or Polish law. f) Personal data will be stored by the Administrator for the duration of the service, unless the law, in particular tax regulations, requires a longer period of storing certain data. With the consent of the customer, specific personal data of the client and personal data of the participant can be stored for a longer period of time than indicated in the law. g) At the same time, the Administrator informs that the Customer has the following rights: request from the Administrator at any time to access to provided personal data, the right to rectify or limit the processing of personal data, the right to request the transfer of personal data to another Administrator, the right to object to personal data processing, the right to request immediate removal of personal data from the files kept by the Administrator, the right to withdraw the consent to the processing of personal data at any time in the form in which it was expressed, without affecting the lawfulness of processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, the right to file a complaint to the supervisory body of the Polish Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Protection for possible breaches in the protection of personal data. h) The administrator shall promptly perform the requests referred to above, unless the provisions of the generally applicable law do not provide for the possibility of exercising the right in relation to the personal data indicated in the request. The Administrator shall notify the Customer immediately about the fact that the submitted request can not be executed due to the provisions of applicable law.
